we understand that it takes hard work to reach the next level. But with hard work comes results, confidence, and a lot of fun along the way! We strive to create and maintain a positive, encouraging environment. We are dedicated to constantly learning and working to understand the needs of every athlete that comes through our doors.
Our sports training program encompasses a full body approach to training, including effective warm-ups, strength & performance training, core & conditioning, agility & balance training, and cool downs & stretching.
All group sessions will include a warm-up, conditioning, weight lifting, speed & agility training and a cool down. Body awareness and technique will be emphasized throughout each session.
The health of our athletes is our number one priority!
Session age breakdown & TRAINING FOCUSES:

This program lays the foundation for coordination and athleticism while building self-esteem and confidence. Our goal is to teach each athlete running technique, body mechanics, and proper skill execution in a supportive environment. We believe a disciplined and healthy lifestyle should start at a young age so our program teaches the foundational steps needed to become a well-rounded athlete.
Athletes in this age bracket will focus on:
Character development
Build work ethic
Positive coaching with an inspiring atmosphere
Teach training terminology and reasoning
Emphasis on healthy lifestyle
Develop motor skills and movement pattern
Develop coordination and balance
Age appropriate strength and resistance training
Conditioning, speed and agility training

Increased agility
Directional mechanics
Age appropriate plyometric training
Max velocity and power development
Expand on functional movement

Advanced directional mechanics
Advanced agility
Advanced max velocity and power training

A 30 minute, one-on-one athlete specific session.
If your athlete is looking to meet specific goals, private sessions are a perfect fit. Private sessions are available for all ages and skill levels. Our sessions are designed around each individual athlete’s current ability and desired outcomes.
We offer varying sport and position specific training opportunities through private sessions including but not limited to football, baseball, softball, and volleyball.
This dedicated, individualized training is designed to help each athlete:
Reach a specific goal
Improve overall ability
Improve strengths and areas of functional development
**Please note that private sessions requires a monthly membership for access. Additionally, a private session can be shared between 2 athletes of the same age group.
